Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective date: July 13, 2026
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for purchases from Pathways 2 Impact Consulting, LLC (“Pathways 2 Impact”). Because we offer different types of services and products, refund terms depend on what you purchased. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.
Consulting and one-time services
Because consulting engagements reserve our time and often begin promptly, the following applies to one-time services:
-
You may cancel a scheduled engagement and receive a full refund if you notify us at least 30 business days before work begins or before the scheduled session.
-
Deposits or booking fees identified as non-refundable are non-refundable, as they hold your place and reserve our time.
-
Once work has begun, refunds are prorated based on work completed, at our reasonable discretion.
Retainers and subscriptions
-
You may cancel a recurring retainer or subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
-
We do not provide partial refunds for the current billing period, and you will retain access to the applicable services through the end of that period.
-
To cancel, contact us at hello@pathways2impact.co before your next billing date.
Digital products, courses, and downloads
-
Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once access has been granted or the product has been downloaded, except where required by law.
-
If a digital product is defective or you did not receive access, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will work to correct the problem or provide a refund.
How to request a refund
To request a refund or cancellation, email us at hello@pathways2impact.co with your name, the date of purchase, and a brief description of your request. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first so we can resolve it. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution, and we reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that conflict with this policy.
